Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in a puppy from Seattle Labradoodles. We are selective in choosing homes for our puppies, so we appreciate the time you take to fill out the Puppy Application.

Your information will be used only for the purpose of selecting a home for our puppies. If you prefer to send an application through the mail, you may download our print application and send it to our mailing address.

Once we have approved your application, your deposit of $300 secures a puppy in the litter. This deposit will be used toward the purchase price of your puppy. The deposit will be refunded if we are not able to provide the puppy you have requested (size, color, delivery date). It will not be refunded if you choose to withdraw your application.

Your dog ownership will be a richer and more rewarding experience if you enter into it with realistic expectations. Please review the following facts:

Labradoodles are not maintenance-free dogs. They require weekly brushing to avoid matting. Brushing will be even more important, and perhaps frequent, between the 6-month to 24-month age, while the puppy coat transitions to an adult coat.
You will need to clean your Labradoodle's ears twice a month.
Professional grooming will be necessary 3-4 times a year depending on the look you prefer.
Young puppies normally nip, especially at young children. It will take effort and discipline on your part to manage this.
Your puppy will be physiologically capable of being 100% housebroken at 7-8 months of age; many puppies are reliable much earlier.
